I'm 6' (182 cm), about 215 lb (98 Kg), and I bought the 4XL. it's a bit tight across my well-rounded belly, but fits well otherwise. it weighs 11 oz (~300 grams), and that's the appeal of it: it's a very lightweight down sweater for backpacking. It's reasonably well put together, but materials are light. You can't go through the brush in this jacket, because it will rip and leave a trail of feathers. But not for long: it's pretty low fill-power down, and there's not that much of it, so it's pretty thin. I think it will serve in "shoulder season" and summer at high altitude. With a good base layer and a good hat, I'd expect this jacket to be comfortable down to about freezing (0°C), but it's not a winter jacket. What it is is a good, lightweight insulation layer, especially when you're out in the cold and staying active. Absolutely unbeatable for the price!
